Who we are!

F.A.R.M stands for Flegler, Alan, Robyn, Matthew, and ironically our background in business is farming. After retiring from banana farming in North Queensland, Alan & Robyn moved to the Gold Coast to settle down and enjoy life at a different pace.

Alan, being a strong worker couldn't keep still! Having done a few subdivisions during his farming days, he committed himself to being upskilled and it wasn't long until his hobby became a new found passion, and evidently a business again.

Alan & Robyn came out of retirement and launched themselves into this newly established property development business.   

Matthew grew up on the farm and has completed a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and Advanced Diploma of Project Management in Brisbane. With his experience in designing and completing urban courtyards right up to multi staged communities, it was obvious that sooner or later he was going to be involved in the new family business.

With a combined experience of over 50 years, F.A.R.M Developments are not your ordinary developers. Not only do we love doing what we do, we believe that the money that we make is not ours to keep - it is used to help others (philanthropic causes). Alan travels extensively throughout 3rd world countries and helps set up farming micro enterprises, with the goal to get people out of their poverty cycle. Robyn also travels extensively both Australia and abroad and inspires others to think outside their own containment. Matthew also train others in basic financial & leadership principles. Alan, Robyn and Matthew all consult to various not-for-profit organisations.

So after meeting us, you will be pleasantly surprised that we are not your average property developers or project managers!
